Labor market integration – Sustainable. Individually. Successful.
Our labor market integration concept aims to support people who, for various reasons, have difficulty accessing the labor market and to offer them sustainable employment opportunities. It includes measures and strategies that aim to increase employability, promote social participation and combat the shortage of skilled workers.
Our goal is to accompany people on their way into the job market and to create long-term professional prospects for them. With an interdisciplinary approach and individual support, we support our participants in integrating into training, work and society.
Our participants include the long-term unemployed, young people without training, older workers, people with disabilities and people with a migrant background.
